In the heart of Transylvania, at the foot of Tampa, lies Fabrica de Bere Brașov – a place where legend, tradition and the craft of brewers intertwine to give birth to unique varieties of craft beer.
The craft of craft beer
The production process is carefully controlled at every stage – from the selection of malts and aromatic hops, to the slow fermentation and maturation of the beer. We use pure mountain water, quality yeast and patiently tested recipes to obtain a truly memorable beer. We do not add additives or preservatives, but let the ingredients tell their natural story, as they used to do in the past.
